Time by Category
The Time By Category tab provides a pie chart for a Workgroup showing the time spent in each Application Category – Work, Non-Work, Unaccounted, Not-Categorized and any custom Application Category created.
By clicking on any of the Application Categories, a drill down to the individual applications reported within that Application Category, are presented.
The information in this pie chart is useful in determining the time spent in the applications included in the selected application category from the previous chart.
Work Percentage Definition
Work Percentage is calculated using the following formula:
Work % = WT/(WT+UT+NWT)

Where WT is Work Time

UT is Unaccounted Time

NWT = Non-Work Time
