WorkGroup History by Month

  1. Navigate to WorkiQ>Analysis.

  2. Click on Workgroup History by Month to display the History of Workgroup by Month.

    3. Workgroup history by month

  3. Workgroup History By Month Tab has 3 Views:

    • Category Type by Month,

    • Category by Month

    • Category by %

  4. The Category Type by Month and Category by Month has 3 Drill downs:

    1. Time by Category

      2. Time by category report

    2. Applications for the Category chosen

      3. Drilldown

    3. Employee Time for Application

      4. Drilldown to unaccounted
